I appreciate all the work NKAY Construction has done for me while building my house at 80 Terrace Ave, Jersey City, NJ.  I orginally had signed a contract with Rodolfo’s Construction but after stringing me along for over a year I had decided to find a new contractor. A family friend referred me to NKAYconstruction. They offered me a good quote and the best turnaround time.

I signed the contract with Nick around the end of Febuary 2012 with a completion date around September 2012. The following day after I signed my contract Nick began work. Nick is really responsive. I mean I have dealt with contractors who give you the runaround and excuses but Nick is on the money about everything he says. I mean I actually felt like I was working with a honest contractor. His completion date for each phase of the contract was accurate. He was able to complete my house within 3.5 months way ahead of schedule. NKAY Construction’s quality of work is really good. I have only lived in my house for about a week now but everything seems in really good condition. Nick is a great contractor and I would refer him to family and friends.
